• Wednesday 5 March 2025 Successful Ofsted Visit for Rustington Community Primary Rustington Community Primary, which joined Schoolsworks in 2013, has enjoyed a successful inspection from Ofsted. The inspection confirmed that the school is Good in all areas, including the quality of education and pupil’s development.
• Tuesday 7 January 2025 Medmerry Primary celebrates a positive Ofsted visit In November 2024 the team at Medmerry Primary School welcomed Ofsted for the school’s first inspection since 2018. Although single word judgements have now been removed by Ofsted, the subsequent report praised Medmerry confirming that the school has maintained progress since first being judged as Good in 2010. The inspector noted that Medmerry’s pupils love coming to school and feel safe. They also commended the children’s positive behaviour and attitude to learning.

• Tuesday 10 December 2024 Welcoming Summerlea as our tenth primary school Summerlea Community Primary School has joined our Trust, following its conversion to an academy. The school is based in Rustington and supports 396 pupils and 63 staff. Summerlea is the tenth school to join our Trust, linking with our network of South Coast schools in West Sussex.

The school was judged to be a ‘very happy’ place to learn, with good judgements in all areas and an outstanding grading for pupil’s behaviour and attitudes.
